I've been there. The anxiety, sleepless nights, body changes and unsettling feeling of no longer recognising myself. Despite being a capable, independent woman, perimenopause caught me off guard. I realised that understanding what was happening to my body wasn't enough. I needed to reconnect with myself emotionally, too.
As a Transformational Coach, Master NLP Practitioner and Level III HeartHealer® practitioner, I've spent years helping women uncover limiting beliefs, release emotional blocks and rebuild their confidence.
The Menopause Confidence Reset brings together my personal experience and professional training in a gentle, practical programme designed to help you navigate the emotional side of menopause.

Nobody really prepares you for this part.
The confidence that seems to have vanished.
The anxiety that comes out of nowhere.
The guilt about not coping as well as you think you should.
The frustration of doing everything you always did, only to find that everything feels so much harder.
And perhaps the hardest part?
You don't quite recognise yourself anymore.
So you push through. You keep everyone else happy. You promise you'll look after yourself when things settle down.
But what if the answer isn't to push harder?
What if it's time to stop fighting yourself?
You don't have to become the woman you were ten years ago.
You get to discover the woman you're becoming.
And that could be rather exciting.

Imagine:
> Looking in the mirror without immediately criticizing your appearance.
> Saying no without feeling guilty afterward.
> Making decisions without constantly second-guessing yourself.
> Feeling more comfortable in your changing body.
> Making time for yourself without feeling selfish.
> Feeling genuinely good about yourself.
> Looking forward to the future.
This is what's possible for you.
The Menopause Confidence Reset is a self-paced programme combining guided inductions, visualisations and thoughtful reflection to help you reconnect with yourself during menopause.
It's not another demanding routine.
It's not a complicated self-improvement project.
And it certainly doesn't require you to find an extra three hours in your day.
Just 5–15 minutes, dedicated entirely to you.
A little space to quieten your mind, explore what's happening emotionally and begin changing how you relate to yourself.
Because sometimes the biggest shift isn't changing your circumstances.
It's changing how you feel about yourself within them.
Two minutes. My real voice.
A little moment just for you.
Every guided induction in the Reset is recorded in my own voice.
No generically scripted, creepy AI monotone.
(I can’t believe that I even have to say that but that’s the crazy world we live in now.)
Since we'll be spending a few minutes together each day, I think it's only fair that you hear my voice before deciding.
Just listen.
And if you find yourself thinking, I'd like a little more of that in my life, the Reset is waiting for you.

Three women. Three different experiences.
One important shift: reconnecting with themselves
After years of struggling with menopause symptoms, Laure felt physically and emotionally stuck. Despite seeking medical help, she hadn't found the relief she needed.
Frustrated, angry and exhausted, she'd also lost confidence in herself.
Then she discovered the Reset

Laure Capalle
For Laure, renewed confidence meant finally moving forward in areas of life where she'd felt stuck.
At 78, Tina's menopause-related hormonal changes were largely behind her. But accepting her ageing body and changing appearance was still an emotional challenge.
The Reset gave her space to quieten her thoughts and explore those feelings with greater openness.

Tina de Marco
Because self-acceptance doesn't have an expiry date.
At 59, and ten years into menopause, Petra felt disconnected from her changing body and emotions.
The people who loved her still told her she was beautiful. But she no longer recognised herself. And she felt alone in that experience.
Through the Reset, Petra began to realise how little space she'd been giving herself.

Petra Wendt
Petra shared these changes while only halfway through the programme. Sometimes, finding yourself again begins with giving yourself permission to take up space.

Your experience will be your own.
But what might become possible if you gave yourself just a few minutes a day?

Imagine...

Instead of constantly criticising yourself, you begin approaching your changing body and emotions with more understanding.

You start recognising the patterns behind your self-doubt and reconnecting with your own judgment.

Without the guilt. Without seventeen explanations. Without feeling you have to earn the right to rest.

You have simple guided practices to return to when life feels overwhelming.

You begin seeing this next chapter as something you can shape, rather than simply endure.
Will everything magically change in 21 days?
Of course not.
But three weeks can be a meaningful beginning.
And you deserve that beginning.

WEEK ONE: UNDERSTAND
Explore the emotional changes of menopause, understand how they may be affecting your confidence and begin replacing self-criticism with compassion.

WEEK TWO: RELEASE
Explore old expectations, limiting beliefs and emotional patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Because you don't have to take every old burden into your next chapter.

WEEK THREE: INTEGRATE
Reconnect with your strengths, practise trusting yourself and begin creating a more confident relationship with the woman you're becoming.
You've probably told yourself you'll make time for you when things calm down.
But how long have you been waiting for that to happen?
This isn't another big commitment. It's 5–15 minutes a day to start giving yourself some of the attention you've spent years giving everyone else.
No pressure. No falling behind. Just your own journey, at your own pace.

I'm Sile O'Broin, I’m a transformational coach, and a woman who knows that menopause can be a rather humbling experience.
I've spent much of my professional life working in demanding international environments, navigating change and helping other people find their way through it.
I was used to being independent, resourceful and capable.
So when perimenopause arrived with anxiety, sleepless nights, changes in my body and the unsettling feeling that I wasn't quite myself anymore, it caught me off guard.
And then there was the heart procedure at 52.
Not exactly the midlife adventure I'd planned.
It made me rethink how I was living, what I needed and how much pressure I'd been putting on myself.
I'd spent years being very good at managing the outside world.
But perhaps it was time to pay more attention to what was happening on the inside.
My journey back to feeling well and confident involved different forms of support. It wasn't a straight line, and it certainly wasn't a three-week miracle.
But it inspired me to create the Menopause Confidence Reset.
Because I know how easily capable, successful women can lose sight of themselves while keeping everything else going.
And I believe we deserve more than simply gritting our teeth until menopause passes.
We deserve to feel connected to ourselves, whatever stage of life we're in.
You're going through perimenopause, menopause or postmenopause and don't quite feel like yourself.
Your confidence has taken a knock.
You're tired of second-guessing yourself or feeling guilty for having needs.
Your're emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected from your changing body.
You want a gentle, manageable way to reconnect with yourself.
You're ready to approach your next chapter with more self-trust and self-acceptance.
You don't need any experience with meditation or guided visualisations.
And you certainly don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
That's exactly why I designed the Reset around 5–15 minutes a day. You can listen whenever it suits you.
And if you miss a day? Nothing terrible happens. I promise.
You have lifetime access, so you can simply pick up where you left off.
No problem. My voice guides you through each induction. There's nothing to get right, and no special skill required.
Everyone's experience is different. Some women find guided practices calming quite quickly, while shifts in confidence and self-perception can take longer.
The Reset offers opportunities to practise new ways of relating to yourself, not guaranteed results.
Yes. While the programme is centred on menopause, its themes of confidence, identity and self-acceptance may remain relevant long after the hormonal transition.
The Reset focuses on emotional wellbeing and personal development. It is not designed to treat physical menopause symptoms or medical conditions.
No. The Reset is a coaching-informed personal development programme, not medical or psychological treatment. It can complement appropriate professional care but doesn't replace it.
Think of it as a blend of guided meditation, gentle hypnosis and visualisation.
Through my voice, relaxation techniques and carefully chosen suggestions, I'll guide you into a calmer state where you can explore your emotions, question old beliefs and begin seeing yourself differently.
You're always in control, and there's nothing to get right.
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. I'll invite you to close your eyes, relax and follow my voice for 5–15 minutes.
Some inductions focus on feeling safe and calm. Others help you explore self-criticism, reconnect with your sense of worth or imagine new possibilities for yourself.
Important: As you'll be invited to close your eyes and relax deeply, never listen to the inductions while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires your full attention.
Sometimes confidence is just about letting go of what has made you doubt yourself.
Menopause can change how you feel about your body, your identity and even your place in the world.
The inductions help you recognise unhelpful thought patterns, practise greater self-compassion and reconnect with the woman you're becoming.
The worksheets help you turn what you've experienced into everyday action.
Through simple questions, you'll explore what you've discovered, what you're ready to let go of and what you'd like to change.
The inductions help you turn inward. The worksheets help you move forward.
I’ve learned that menopause isn't just about hormones. It's also about how you feel about yourself.
I created this programme because understanding what's happening to your body doesn't always help you navigate what's happening emotionally.
Just 5–15 minutes a day gives you space to reconnect with yourself, without adding another overwhelming task to your life.
My goal isn't for you to go back to the woman you used to be. I want you to feel confident in the woman you're becoming.
And with lifetime access, you can return to the inductions whenever you need them.
Not at all! The programme is designed to fit around your life, not add another pressure to it. You can follow the 21 days consecutively or go at your own pace. What matters is giving yourself the time and space to benefit from the experience.
Absolutely no experience needed! Just find a quiet place, get comfortable, close your eyes and follow my voice. I'll guide you through each induction, step by step. There's nothing to learn, nothing to get right and no special skills required.
Not at all! The private Facebook community is there for extra support and connection, but participation is entirely optional. You can share your experiences, learn from other women or simply enjoy the programme privately. It's your journey, and you decide how much you'd like to share.
Once you enrol, you'll receive instructions for accessing your programme online. All 21 guided inductions and accompanying worksheets are available for you to follow at your own pace, whenever it suits you.
Absolutely! You have lifetime access to the Menopause Confidence Reset. You can return to your favourite inductions whenever you need a little calm, reassurance or confidence boost. Think of it as your personal emotional wellbeing toolkit.
Because the Menopause Confidence Reset is a digital programme with lifetime access, all sales are final, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
I've put a great deal of care into creating a gentle, soothing experience, and I encourage you to explore the programme details and listen to the sample before joining, so you can feel confident it's right for you.
Still promising yourself that you'll make time for you when life settles down?
Still wondering when you'll feel like yourself again?
Or beginning to feel a little more comfortable in your own skin?
A little more trusting of yourself.
A little less concerned about everyone else's expectations.
A little more curious about what this next chapter might hold.
You don't need to become someone else.
And you certainly don't need another thing to feel guilty about.
21 guided inductions. Three weeks. Just 5–15 minutes a day.
Your next chapter starts with you.
